If you find yourself internet searching for a therapist, something in your life isn't adding up. You're asking questions like: why aren't things (jobs/relationships/goals) working out for me? How do I balance what I want and what I need? How do I know what I need? Maybe you've sought help with anxiety or depression, but suspect medication isn't the whole story.

Of course you feel overwhelmed, these are tough questions! But they can be answered.

I help people get unstuck. As a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, I provide individual diagnosis, psychotherapy and prescription writing with a light touch. My approach is direct but compassionate, interactive and authentic.

Overall, after nearly 10 years in practice, I know that complex problems rarely have simple solutions. If you are frustrated trying the easy fixes, and want another voice to help you find the real change, I would love to work with you.
